Notes :

Don’t flash any other custom recovery, just use recovery which is provided inbuilt with rom. For root, flash KernelSU (NEXT-android12-5.10.233-2025-02-AnyKernel3.zip) from above download link or flash (NEXT-android12-5.10.233-2025-02-boot-gz.img) in fastboot command (fastboot —slot=all flash boot boot.img) and reboot to system.
